Common Names: Dune onionweed
Plant Form: Perennial herb. Size: Up to 80 cm tall. Stem: Flower stems have laterally spreading branches amongst leaves. Leaves: Fleshy, strap like, from base in large clump, similar to grass. Flowers: White with 6 petal-like tepals. Fruit and Seeds: Round seeds in dry capsules. Habitat: Coastal dunes.
