Common Names: Yellow oleander

Plant Form: Large shrub or small tree. Size: Up to 4 m tall. Stem: Wide spreading. Contain a milky sap. Leaves: Lance-shaped, 5-15 cm long, arranged alternately along stems. Glossy green upper surface, paler underneath. Flowers: Funnel-shaped yellow or peach-orange 5-7 cm long. With a strong sweet smell. Fruit and Seeds: Oval, egg, or triangular-shaped, up to 3 cm diameter. Fleshy green when young, ripening to black, enclosing a stone with 2 kernels. Habitat: Forests, woodlands, riparian areas.
